How we handle your information. Written in plain language, kept honest.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the mobile game TimeSplit: Endless Runner (the “Game,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, why, and your choices. The Game is published by Lumova Technologies. By downloading or using the Game, you agree to this Policy.
To let you keep playing where you left off, the Game stores the following locally on your device:
This on-device data is not personal information and is not sent to us unless you create a profile (see below).
The Game has a global leaderboard. When you achieve a qualifying score, the Game submits your score, your display name, and your player ID to our cloud database so your rank can be shown to other players. Guests appear under the name “Player” with their player ID. No email or personal contact information is ever shown on the leaderboard.
Creating a profile is entirely optional. If you do, we collect:
When you create a profile, your existing game progress (scores, coins, items) is uploaded to the cloud and linked to your account, so you can restore it after reinstalling the Game or on another device.
The Game displays rewarded video ads that you choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards. These ads are provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google may collect and process certain information, which can include your device’s advertising identifier, general device information, and approximate, non-precise location derived from your IP address. This processing is governed by Google’s own policies. See Google’s How Google uses information and the Google Privacy Policy.
To tell whether your device is online (for example, before loading an ad or the leaderboard), the Game makes a small network request to a Google connectivity endpoint (clients3.google.com/generate_204). This request does not send any personal data; it only checks for a connection.
After a record run, the Game may offer a Share button. Tapping it opens WhatsApp with a message containing your score and a link to the Game, which you can then choose to send — or not. The Game does not read your contacts, does not choose recipients, and does not see or store anything you send. WhatsApp handles the message entirely; its own privacy policy applies once you are in that app.
The Game uses Google Play's official in-app update service to check whether a newer version is available and, if you accept, to install it. This check is handled by Google Play Services and involves your app's version number, not personal data. You can always decline or postpone an update.
The Game includes a More Games screen listing other titles by Lumova Technologies. Tapping one opens its Google Play listing in the Play Store app. The Game does not read which apps are installed on your device.

Cloud data (leaderboard entries, cloud saves, and account records) is stored with our backend provider, Supabase, on their secured infrastructure. Account passwords are stored only in a securely hashed form. We keep your account and cloud-save data for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion at any time (see section 9 below), after which we remove your account and associated cloud data.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it. Because the Game displays ads via Google AdMob, ad content is subject to Google’s policies; we configure ad requests to be appropriate for a general audience.
You can ask us to delete your account and everything associated with it at any time.
How to request deletion: email support@lumovatech.com from any address, including the subject line “Delete my TimeSplit account”, and tell us either the email address on the account or your player ID (the “TS-…” code shown on the profile screen and at the bottom of the main menu).
What gets deleted:
How long it takes: we action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email once complete. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
You can also simply sign out in the Game, which returns the device to guest play and leaves your account untouched in the cloud — useful if you want to stop using an account without deleting it. Uninstalling the Game removes the data stored on your device, but does not delete a cloud account.
Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including where our service providers operate. By using the Game, you consent to such transfer and processing in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
