Lumova Technologies ("we", "us", or "our") operates Think & Flip (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you play our Game. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Game.
We are committed to collecting the minimum data necessary to operate the Game, including its optional global leaderboard.
This data is stored on your device using Godot's local save system.
The first time you open the Game, no sign-up or name entry is required. You are given the display name "Player" and a random, unique player ID automatically. Together, your name and ID are shown on the Game's public global leaderboard, along with your Master Score, the moment your score first counts.
Your name, ID, and score are sent to and stored by Supabase, the backend service we use to operate the leaderboard and (if you choose to create a profile) optional cloud accounts. This happens automatically whenever your score increases, with no further action required from you.
If you choose to create a free profile (see Section 5), you pick a real display name at that point, which replaces "Player" on the leaderboard going forward. Creating a profile is entirely optional — the Game is fully playable, and the leaderboard fully usable, without one.
We do not collect your email address as part of guest play. An email is only collected if you choose to create an optional profile — see Section 5.

Google Play In-App Updates — The Game uses Google Play's official update-check service, which involves your app's version number and Google Play Services. This is handled entirely by Google and does not involve any personal data from you.
This data is collected and processed by these providers under their own privacy policies. We do not receive, store, or have access to AdMob's advertising data directly, and Supabase stores this data independently of Lumova Technologies' own systems.

Advertisements in Think & Flip are 100% optional. You are never required to watch an ad to play the Game. Rewarded ads are only shown when you explicitly choose to watch one in exchange for a hint.
You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time by:

You never need an account to play. Every level, the global leaderboard, and rewarded ads all work as a guest, identified only by an auto-generated name and ID (see 1.2).
If you choose, you can create a free profile from the Profile screen, using a display name of your choice, an email address, and a password. This is entirely optional and does not unlock any feature guests cannot already use — it exists so your progress can follow you if you reinstall the Game or play on another device.
Your player name and ID are still shown publicly on the leaderboard exactly as described in Section 1.2 — creating a profile only changes what name is shown; it does not change what is public.
You can ask us to delete your account and everything associated with it at any time.
How to request deletion: email support@lumovatech.com with the subject line "Delete my Think & Flip account", and tell us either the email address on the account or your player ID (shown on the Profile screen).
What gets deleted:
How long it takes: we action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email once complete. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Think & Flip is a puzzle game suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
We do not knowingly display personalized advertisements to children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information — including a real name entered as a leaderboard display name — please contact us immediately at the address below and we will take steps to delete such information.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data associated with your use of the Game. Game progress is stored locally on your device, subject to your device's own security measures. Leaderboard and account data is stored by Supabase under their own security practices.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Game progress, settings, and lives data are stored locally on your device for as long as the Game is installed, and are automatically deleted when you uninstall the Game.
Your leaderboard entry (name, ID, and score) is retained by Supabase until you request its removal, as described in Section 6. If you have an account, your account data is retained until you request deletion, also described in Section 6.
We do not retain any personal data on our own servers.
